Listening and Direct Communication.

I believe in saying what you mean with care and intention. I believe there is power in listening, to others and to ourselves. It is a gift both to receive and give feedback. If you work with me, I promise to listen deeply to you and in return communicate directly.

Preparation and Accountability.

I believe in putting in the hard work during the week at practice so in the heat of the moment you can hit the game-winning shot. If you work with me, I will ask you to prepare and hold yourself accountable for taking action.

Confidence and Bravery.

I believe that you are capable, powerful, and deserve the dream opportunity you are looking for. I also believe that bravery is not the absence of fear, but being afraid and pushing through in spite of your fear. If you work with me, I will ask you to challenge yourself. Be confident and brave for yourself and for others following behind you.

Joy and Humor.

I believe you have to find joy in what you do and I often do that by bringing humor into situations. While I can be serious, if we work together, you can expect fun, levity, me making jokes I personally think are funny, high fives (even if they are virtual), and a ridiculous amount of analogies.

Time and Giving Back.

I believe time is what’s really important and where we spend it shows what we value. I spend time working with people because I believe the world is a better place with more people bravely pursuing dreams they are passionate about. If we work together, I will deeply respect the time you spend with me, and I will ask you respect the time I spend with you too.

My Mission

I wanted to create stories that bring people together and show that you can be enough being yourself. I want to increase understanding and respect - for all humans, for the environment and nature, for science, for art.
